Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Zion Apostolic Ministries International ("ZAMIE", "we", "our", or "us") concerning your access to and use of the EchoChamber mobile applications (iOS and Android) and website (echochamber.ca).

By accessing or using EchoChamber, you signify that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Permitted Use and License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, ZAMIE grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, personal, and non-commercial license to download, install, and access EchoChamber on your personal devices for spiritual enrichment, devotional listening, and educational Bible study.

Under this license, you agree NOT to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Systematically scrape, rip, crawl, or harvest audio files, transcripts, or database records from the service.
• Bypass, tamper with, or circumvent authentication controls or digital security mechanisms.
• Resell, redistribute, broadcast publicly for commercial fee, or commercially monetize any sermons, teachings, or audio files found on EchoChamber without prior written authorization from ZAMIE.
• Use the platform in any manner that interferes with, disrupts, or places an unreasonable burden on our servers and networks.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All sermon audio recordings, spoken word teachings, synchronized lyrics, Bible study materials, sermon graphics, logos, and software code provided on EchoChamber are the exclusive intellectual property of Zion Apostolic Ministries International Edmonton and its affiliated pastors, speakers, and content creators, protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

Except as explicitly provided herein, no part of the media or platform may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without our express prior written permission.

4. User Accounts and Security

To access personalized features such as creating playlists, following speakers, or saving playback progress, you may create an account or sign in using authorized identity providers (Google or Apple). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share access with unauthorized third parties.
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt church ministry operations.

5. Offline Downloads and Caching Policy

The EchoChamber mobile application permits users to download selected sermon audio tracks directly to their device for offline playback in areas with limited or no connectivity.

• Offline downloads are granted solely for personal, non-commercial listening within the EchoChamber application sandbox.
• Downloaded audio files are protected and must not be extracted, copied, or transferred to third-party software or unapproved devices.
• We reserve the right to restrict or limit download capacities to ensure fair resource availability.

6. Account Deletion and Termination

You may request deletion through Settings → Delete Account, which opens the browser form at https://echochamber.ca/delete-account.html. Our admin team verifies and processes requests within 30 calendar days. Upon completion, your account and all associated personal data (playlists, likes, history) will be permanently expunged in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Apple App Store Additional Terms

If you downloaded EchoChamber from the Apple App Store, the following terms additionally apply:

• These Terms are concluded solely between you and ZAMIE, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). ZAMIE, not Apple, is solely responsible for the EchoChamber application and its content.
• The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded products running iOS/iPadOS that you own or control, as permitted by Apple's Usage Rules.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to EchoChamber.
• In the event of any third-party claim that EchoChamber or your possession and use of EchoChamber infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, ZAMIE, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

EchoChamber is provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis for Christian spiritual and devotional purposes. Zion Apostolic Ministries International makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding continuous uptime, error-free streaming, or uninterrupted availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zion Apostolic Ministries International (ZAMIE), its pastors, elders, officers, directors, employees, or tech ministry volunteers be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or inability to use EchoChamber.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree that the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising between the parties.
